- Established patients with temporary mobility limitations
- People for whom transportation is a significant barrier
- Caregivers with limited ability to leave home
- Appropriate workplace or professional settings
- Selected wellness or recovery visits where privacy and safety can be maintained
What must be available
The location must provide enough space, privacy, cleanliness, lighting, temperature control, and freedom from interruptions to support safe care.
Eligibility, service area, travel fees, appointment length, parking access, pets, stairs, and treatment setup will be confirmed before scheduling.
Mobile care is not emergency care
Austin AcuCare does not provide emergency response, urgent home medical evaluation, or in-home treatment for unstable conditions. A mobile visit may be declined when the setting or clinical situation is not appropriate.
